dry mustard

sausage
mild

cheddar cheese
shredded
Crumble and lightly brown sausage. Drain off grease. Cool. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, and
mustard. Cube bread, add to mixture. Add cheese & sausage. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 12 baking dish. Put
in refrigerator over night. Next morning bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until done in the middle. Let stand a
few minutes before serving.
