Scalloped Corn

1 hour Pre-heat oven to 350 1 quart dish
2 cans creamed corn
2 eggs beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 stick butter
dash salt & pepper

Beat eggs, add milk and corn. Salt & pepper to taste. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs. (can use crushed soda crackers) Pour into a greased 1 quart dish. Cover with remaining bread (cracker) crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
