Hash Brown Potato Casserole Becky

1 hour 350 degrees
24 - 32 oz pkg hash browns
8 ozs cheddar cheese cubed or grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup onions chopped
1/3 cup butter melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all above ingredients in casserole dish. Top with 2 cups corn flakes or potato chips or bread crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter.
