Breaded Pork Cutlets

1 hour Pre-heat oven to 300
6 - 8 pork cutlets
salt & pepper
1 package oven fry (chicken or pork)
2 eggs beaten
2 Tbl water
6 Tbl fat
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Beat eggs with water, and place package of Oven Fry mixture on waxed paper. Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then in crumbs, pressing down slightly so they stick. Fry in fat until brown. Place cutlets in large pan. Cover with soup mixed with milk. Bake in slow oven 300 - 325 degrees until tender about one hour.
