Broccoli Soup

2 quart sauce pan

10 oz package
broccoli
chopped
1
cup
water
2
cups
milk
2
cups
processed cheese
1/2
cup
flour
Cook broccoli until tender. Do not drain. In blender or processor: process milk, cheese and flour until
smooth. Add broccoli mixture and add 1 cup half & half (if desired ) Heat until hot and thick. Serves 6 or 2
meals for those of us that can t stop eating it…
