Jiffy Creamed Corn

50 minutes Pre-heat oven to 325 large baking dish
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn
1 stick butter

Melt stick of butter in bottom of large baking dish. Do not drain corn. Pour in the balance of ingredients, and mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Corn muffin mix will come to the top to form crust, and should be golden brown before removing from oven. Serves 4 - 6.
