Pre-heat oven to 325
large baking dish

Jiffy corn muffin mix

sour cream

creamed corn

corn

stick
butter
Melt stick of butter in bottom of large baking dish. Do not drain corn. Pour in the balance of ingredients, and
mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Corn muffin mix will come to the top to form crust, and should be
golden brown before removing from oven. Serves 4 - 6.
