Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter: stir until smooth. Put the Rice Chex and the chocolate mixture
into a large bowl and stir until cereal is coated with mixture. Then put the cereal mixture in a bag with
powdered sugar and shake until mixed. Lay on wax paper for 30 minutes to dry.
