Beef Stroganoff

1 large can mushrooms
2 lbs round steak sliced
5 Tbl butter
3/4 cup onions diced
1 clove garlic crushed
2 Tbl flour
1 can beef broth
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbl white wine

Cut meat into 1/2 inch thick slices. Clean fresh mushrooms or use canned. Heat 2 Tbsp butter, brown meat until all is browned. Remove. Add 3 Tbsp butter to skillet add onion, garlic & fresh mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Mix flour with broth, add to mixture. Add meat and simmer until done. Stir in sour cream, wine. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
