Dad makes the Cream of Potato Soup recipe, omitting pimentos, and using juice drained from clams as part
of the milk for sauce. He adds the clams, and lets simmer a few minutes. DE-Olish! For an extra rich (but,
fattening dish) you can use half and half, instead of milk.
