Barbecued Ribs

2 hours Dutch oven
pounds & pounds ribs
1/2 cup water

Trim excess fat from ribs. Sprinkle meat with salt & pepper to taste. Place ribs in Dutch Oven. Add 1/2 cup water; cover and simmer till tender about 2 hours. (Add more water during cooking if needed) Drain. Bake in oven or give to Frank to grill outside. Brush with your favorite barbecue sauce.
