Angel Food Cake Pan

cake flour

Sift together powdered sugar and flour, sift twice more. In mixer bowl with wire whip beat egg whites, cream
of tartar, vanilla and salt at medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar 2 Tbls at a
time, beat until stiff peaks. Fold in flour mixture and gently put into ungreased Angel Food Cake pan. Bake on
lowest rack at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Invert pan and allow to cool completely.
