salt

cup
shortening
1/3
cup
lard

water
Use up to half Apple Jack
In a mixing bowl stir flour and salt together.
Cut in chilled shortening and lard.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon water over mixture and mix together by tossing and pushing mixture onto the side of
the bowl with a fork.
Continue to add 1 Tablespoon of water at a time and mixing until the dough is at the desired consistency.
Roll out dough on floured surface.
