Sauce (BBQ )

Canned Barbeque

18 tomatoes peeled and quartered
4 Green Peppers chopped
1 hot pepper chopped
8 onions chopped
1 quart vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp red cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt

Place all the ingredients together in a big pot and boil slowly until thick. Place into pint canning jars and pressure can.
