City Chicken

1 1/2 hours Pre-heat oven to 350 roasting pan
12 - 24 skewers City Chicken
flour
salt & pepper
vegetable oil
1/2 cup water or chicken broth

If the butcher does not have City Chicken you can cut up good pork into 3/4 inch chunks and put on wooden skewers. Roll in flour mixed with salt & pepper. Brown in oil, turning to brown on all sides. Place in roasting pan, put approximately 1/2 cup water in pan. Cover, bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and let brown for approximately 1/2 hour.
