Salisbury Steak

45 minutes Pre-heat oven to 325 deep baking dish
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup onions chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl ketchup
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 Tbl water
flour for coating
1 cup cornflakes (crushed)

Combine meat, cornflakes, egg, onion, salt, catsup & Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape into six mini meat loaves. Dip in flour, brown in hot fat. Place in baking dish, add soup and water. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. (Add cut up potatoes to the baking dish and you have almost a full meal) Freezes well.
