Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

water chestnuts
sliced, drained

cream of mushroom soup

cheddar cheese
shredded

onion rings
In a sauce pan, steam the broccoli - cauliflower until it just breaks apart and is partly done. In a 2 quart
casserole, sprayed with vegetable spray, mix the water chestnuts, soup, cheese and drained broccoli -
cauliflower. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove and place the onion rings on top, and place
back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
