Peaches N Cream Pie

peaches
sliced

sugar
1/3
cup
butter

egg
1/3
cup
flour

tsp
vanilla
Place peaches on the bottom of your pie crust. Cream together sugar and butter, add egg, flour and vanilla.
Mix well. Spread over top of peaches.
**Recipe for pie dough
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
6 Tbsp. Shortening
2 -3 Tbsp COLD water
Mix together. DO NOT OVER MIX you will get a hard crust.
