Brown meat. Add onion, garlic, green peppers. Add tomatoes, hot peppers, tomato sauce, beer, hot sauce.
Stir in seasoning. Cook on low 1½ hours. Add lemon slices, bay leaves, cheese. Simmer until ready to serve.
Remove lemon slices and bay leaves before serving. Makes one gallon.
