Orange Pineapple Cake

mandarin oranges
with juice

cup
vegetable oil

instant vanilla pudding

oz can
crushed pineapple
with juice

ozs
whipped topping
pecans
Mix together the first four ingredients with mixer. Bake in 9x13 pan or baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
TOPPING: Mix together the instant pudding, pineapple and cool whip and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle
with chopped pecans if desired. Keep cake refrigerated.
