Orange Pineapple Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
11 oz can mandarin oranges with juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 box instant vanilla pudding
21 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
8 ozs whipped topping
pecans

Mix together the first four ingredients with mixer. Bake in 9x13 pan or baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool. TOPPING: Mix together the instant pudding, pineapple and cool whip and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Keep cake refrigerated.
