Tomato Juice

1 hour 325 degrees
1 peck tomatoes strained
3 onions
3 large carrots
3 stalks celery
1 Tbsp sugar per half gallon of juice
1 Tbsp salt per half gallon of juice

Cook tomatoes-strain. Cook together with juice: onions, carrots, celery. Stir altogether and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a large baking dish at 325 for 1 hour.
