Twenty Four Fruit Salad

1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 Tbl flour
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can (large) pineapple drained
2 cans mandarin oranges drained
1 can peaches sliced, drained
nuts chopped
maraschino cherries
1 container whipped topping

Combine sugar, egg, pineapple juice & flour. Cook over very low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cover with either plastic wrap or lid and let cool. Mix together fruit, marshmallows, nuts & cherries. Add cooled dressing to one container of whipped topping. Fold into fruit and let refrigerate up to 24 hours.
