Preheat oven to 350. In lightly greased 9x13 baking dish, arrange bread slices in 2 layers. In a large bowl
with a wire whisk, blend remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over bread slices until bread has absorbed the
liquid. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Serve with your choice of syrup.
