Chicken Salad Puffs

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
salt
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs room temperature

In a medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once and beat with a spoon until mixture forms a smooth ball and does not stick to the pan. Remove from heat, add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition. Continue beating the dough until it is well blended and loses it s shine. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Place about 3 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. When cool, cut in half. Remove any moist dough. Fill with your favorite chicken salad.
