Peach Muffin

margarine

cup
sugar

flour

cup
milk

baking powder

peaches
pureed
Cream together margarine and sugar. Stir in egg. Add flour and baking powder alternating flour with the milk.
Mix altogether and add 1 cup of pureed peaches. Stir until mixed well and pour into greased muffin pan. Bake
at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
NOTE: 1 can of drained peaches makes one cup of puree. Puree in blender.
