Raisin Pie

1 1/2 cups raisins
2 cups water
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp clear jel
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Cook Raisins, water and butter together. Make a thickening, with sugar, clear jel, lemon juice and a little water cook 1 minute. Cool a few minutes and pour into pie shell and bake
