Homemade Ice Cream

2 1/2 cups sugar
6 - 10 eggs beaten well
2 cans Evaporated Milk
5 Tbsp vanilla
2 boxes junket

Put above ingredients in freezer can. Finish filling the can with whole milk until it is 4 or 5 inches from top of 2 gal. can.
