Sift together:

sugar

cinnamon

cloves

salt

ginger

nutmeg
Beat until bubbly:

egg whites

Put half of sugar mixture into pan. Dip favorite nuts ( I use pecans) into egg white mixture then into bowl with
remaining sugar.
