Sweet and Sour Chicken

drained, reserve juice

ketchup

brown sugar

cider vinegar

thinly sliced

Green Pepper
cut in chunks (opt)

chicken breasts
cut in bite size pieces

vegetable oil
Cook pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar in saucepan for about 5 minutes. Add carrots,
pineapple and green pepper. Remove from heat. Brown chicken pieces in oil until golden. Add pineapple
mixture. Heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked white rice.
