Sauté onion and celery in butter. Mix first eight ingredients together and pour over the bread pieces. Mix
together lightly. Add enough chicken broth to desired consistency. Put in large Dutch oven or baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours. Remove cover and bake until dressing is golden brown.
