Coffee Cake

25 - 30 minutes Pre-heat oven to 375
2 8 oz packages biscuits
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup pecans chopped

Separate biscuits in halves. Combine the sugar and the cinnamon. Dip each half biscuit in the milk, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture, to coat all sides. Place half of the biscuits, slightly overlapping, in bottom of 6 1/2 cup ring mold that has been generously buttered. Sprinkle with the coconut and pecans. Add remaining biscuits, repeating procedure. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown. Loosen edge of pan and turn out immediately onto serving dish.
