350 degrees
1 cup Yeast sponge
1 cup sugar
1 cup lard
1 cup water warm
3 - 3 1/2 cups flour or to make a medium dough

Dissolve sugar and melt fat in the warm water. Add yeast sponge, mix. Add flour to make a medium dough. Let rise until double in bulk. Make into small rolls. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees.
