Five-Chip Cookies

10 - 12 minutes 350 degrees
1 cup butter softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup oatmeal
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter chips
2/3 cup vanilla chips
2/3 cup butterscotch chips
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine, flour, oats, baking soda and salt: gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minutes before removing to wire racks. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
