Zucchini Pie

25 - 30 minutes 425 degrees 10 mins. 350
1 cup zucchini cooked, peeled, & shredded
1 cup sugar
1 cup Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp flour heaping
1 1/2 Tbsp butter melted
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla

Slice zucchini long way in half. Peel and boil for about 8 minutes or until soft. Boil with seeds. Cool and spoon out seeds. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes. Pie is done when inserted knife comes out clean.
