Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Drain. While noodles are cooking, brown beef in a large skillet
over med. heat; drain. Add onion, tomato soup, vinegar, oregano and garlic. Simmer for 20 min. Lay noodles
lengthwise across bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Spread layer of cottage cheese over noodles.
Add a layer of meat mixture, then cover with mozzarella cheese. Repeat for three layers. Finish with a layer
of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden.
