TOPPING:

chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda. Add
flour mixture alternately with sour cream, vanilla, and creamed butter and sugar. Pour half of the batter in
greased 9x13 pan. Spread half the topping mixture and some of the chocolate chips on top. Spread
remaining batter over the top and add chocolate chips and remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 -
30 minutes.
