Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil put in freezer to cool
4 Tbl milk or 1/4 cup

Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Mix milk and oil together and add to the flour mixture. Toss with fork until the flour is moist. Roll out between two pieces of 18 inch plastic wrap. Remove top piece of plastic wrap and lift the second piece with the pie dough on to your pie pan. It will break up if you try to lift it up like regular pie dough.
