One Hundred Dollar Pastry

3 cups flour
1 cup Crisco
1 tsp salt
1 egg
5 Tbl ice water
1 1/2 tsp vinegar

Blend Crisco, flour & salt until crumbly. Mix egg with water, add vinegar. Mix until ball forms. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks, or can be frozen for later use. Make 2 double crust pies.
Edition: 1
