Graham Cracker Streusel Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350
13 x 9 cake pan

graham cracker crumbs

nuts
chopped

brown sugar

cinnamon

shortening
melted

yellow cake mix

water
1/3
cup
vegetable oil

eggs

cup
powdered sugar

vanilla
Mix together cracker crumbs, nuts, sugar, shortening and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix cake according to
directions on package. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour bundt or 13 x 9 cake pan. Pour in 1/2
cake mix, top mix with 1/2 graham cracker mixture. Repeat. Bake 45 - 50 minutes until toothpick comes out
clean. (Cool in bundt pan 25 minutes) Glaze with Vanilla Glaze of powdered sugar, water & vanilla.
