Rhubarb Cream Pie

2 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp flour
1 cup coffee cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 9 inch pie shell unbaked

Mix sugar, flour and salt, add coffee cream. Put rhubarb in crust and pour other mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until set.
