Sweet Potato Casserole

cooked and mashed

Topping:

brown sugar

all purpose flour

pecans
halves
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk; mixing until creamy. Turn
mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 qt. Casserole dish.
Topping:
Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and pecans. Crumble mixture by hand and spread over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
