Wilted Greens with Ricotta Salata

ricotta salata cheese
chunked
Wash greens, do not dry. Trim stems and chop leaves. Warm oil in skillet add onions and saute 4 minutes,
garlic and saute 4 minutes more. Add greens, toss, add chicken broth, soy sauce and pepper. Cook tossing
until greens are wilted and tender about 7 to 10 minutes.
Serve topped with ricotta salata cheese.
