Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef lean
1 onion chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
16 ounce pinto beans canned
16 ounce kidney beans canned
16 ounce hominy golden, canned
17 ounce creamed corn
14 ounce tomatoes stewed, diced
10 ounce tomatoes diced, with chili s
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
tortilla chips
Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Brown ground beef and chopped onion, drain. Add taco seasoning, mix thoroughly. Add, without draining, the cans of beans, hominy, corn and tomatoes. Stir in dry ranch dressing mix. Simmer over low heat until bubbly. Serve over tortilla chips and top with grated cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
