Barley Stew with Lentils

Spinach
In a large soup pot saute onions, carrots and celery in butter. Add lentils, barley, salt and spices and saute a
minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour until barley and lentils are
tender. Stir in greens and wilt on stove top for 15 minutes.
