Pumpkin Pie

1 hour Pre-heat oven to 425 8 - 9 inch pie pan
1 can pumpkin
3 eggs beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
dash nutmeg
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 unbaked pie shell

(Instead of Pumpkin Pie seasoning you can use: 1/4 tsp. Ginger, 1/4 tsp. Cloves and 1/4 tsp more cinnamon.) Mix ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes more until center is firm. Test with knife. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
