2 Tbl Dried Onion
2 Tbl lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbl marjoram ground
1 Tbl Rosemary ground
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1.5 lb Lamb ground
1 cucumber
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream Or plain yogurt, drained
2 tsp mint ground
1/4 tsp garlic powder

For Rotisserie use food processor to make pate like, to pan fry mix together onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, marjoram, rosemary salt and pepper and let stand 5 minutes to hydrate onions and garlic. Add ground lamb and knead to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour if panfrying. If using rotisserie process in food processor until it is very smooth, form into a large log and wrap tightly in plastic, refrigerate over night. Sauce Peel, seed and shred cucumber. Place in cheesecloth and squeeze out juice. Combine with sour cream, and remaining spices. Serve with gyro.
