Glazed Carrots

1 lb Carrots sliced 1/4 inch
2 Tbl butter
salt
1 cup Ginger Ale
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 Tbl parsley chopped

In a 12 inch saute pan over medium heat, combine butter, carrots, salt and ginger ale. Cover and bring to a simmer, stir and reduce heat to low. Cook covered for 5 minutes, remove lid add chili powder and cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes until ginger ale forms a glaze, toss occasionally. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley, serve immediately
