Olive Oil
Mix honey, yeast and water and allow to foam while measuring flour. Add 2 cups bread flour and beat on
med - high for 4 minutes. Add salt, remaning flour and olive oil. Knead with dough hook for 5 minutes, adding
more bread flour if necessary to form a soft dough.
Oil dough and allow to raise until doubled. Divide into 10 pieces and roll each into a thin rectangle. Place on
parchment paper and prick with a fork. Bake on parchment on baking stone, 2 minutes turn over and bake
another 2 minutes. Allow to cool
