Bread (Flat )

450 degrees baking stone
1 tsp honey
2 tsp Yeast
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup teff flour
3 Tbl Olive Oil

Mix honey, yeast and water and allow to foam while measuring flour. Add 2 cups bread flour and beat on med - high for 4 minutes. Add salt, remaning flour and olive oil. Knead with dough hook for 5 minutes, adding more bread flour if necessary to form a soft dough. Oil dough and allow to raise until doubled. Divide into 10 pieces and roll each into a thin rectangle. Place on parchment paper and prick with a fork. Bake on parchment on baking stone, 2 minutes turn over and bake another 2 minutes. Allow to cool
