Anniversary Soup

2 Tbl Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion minced
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 can kidney beans
4 cups water
8 meatballs
2 cups Spinach fresh

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil until transparent, add boullion and stir to combine. Add beans, and saute for 2 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil, add meatballs, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Just before serving add spinach and cook until wilted. Serve with crusty french bread.
