Lemon Pie Squares

10 - 25 minutes Pre-heat oven to 350 13 x 9 pan
1 package lemon cake mix
1/4 cup margarine soft
3 egg yolks
1 cup coconut
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 can pie filling lemon

Put cake mix, margarine, egg yolks and coconut in large bowl. Use mixer to crumble. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Pour pie filling on top of cooled crust. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar. Beat until stiff. Spread on top of filling. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serves 12.
