Hot Broccoli and Cheese Dip

9 inch pie pan

8 ounce pkg
Cream Cheese
softened

cup
sour cream
light

envelope
Italian Dressing Mix

10 ounce pkg
broccoli
frozen, thaw, drain and chop
1
8 ounce pkg
cheddar cheese
shredded
Preheat oven 350 degrees - mix cream cheese, sour cream and slald dressing mix on medium speed with
electric mixer until well blended. Add broccoli and 1 1/2 cup cheese mix well.
Spoon into 9 inch pie pan -
Bake 20 minutes - sprinkle with remaining cheese -bake additional 5 minutes
Serve with crackers, hard bread or anything else you like.
